Support That Meets You Where You Are

Individual therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself and the patterns that shape your emotional life, relationships, and day-to-day experience.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are struggling with anxiety or self-criticism. Others find themselves repeating patterns they don't fully understand, navigating difficult relationships, or carrying the effects of painful experiences from the past. Therapy may involve reflective conversation, developing practical strategies, processing trauma through EMDR, incorporating breathwork or nervous system-based interventions, or moving between these approaches as our work unfolds.
The direction of therapy takes shape through ongoing conversation and responsiveness to what feels most helpful over time.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can become caught in patterns that neither partner intended and neither quite knows how to change. Conversations become repetitive, misunderstandings deepen, and both people may find themselves feeling alone despite wanting greater connection.
My work with couples is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that looks at the cycle partners get caught in rather than treating either person as the problem. As we better understand the emotions and needs beneath conflict, new ways of relating become possible.
Whether couples are navigating ongoing conflict, rebuilding trust after a rupture, or hoping to strengthen an already solid relationship, therapy provides a space to understand one another more fully and build toward a steadier connection.
